Storage & Baking Guide

Fresh loaves are best kept at room temperature in a sealed plastic bag. Without preservatives, bread stays fresh for only 3-5 days. However, toasting or making French toast is a perfect solution for bread a few days old.

Want to enjoy your bread or rolls later? Wrap pan of rolls in saran wrap (or your bread in a plastic bag) and freeze. To thaw, place on counter for 6-8 hours. Place your rolls in a 300* oven for about 10 minutes and they will be warmed to enjoy!

To bake your scones, preheat oven to 425* and place scones from freezer on baking sheet. Do not thaw scones before baking. Brush scones with milk and sprinkle with sugar if you’d like. Bake for 18 minutes and enjoy!
